The guidelines below will help you have the best possible experience at Elite Spa Aesthetics & Wellness.

Be well-hydrated and in a healthy physical state. Limit alcohol consumption on the day of your service to avoid dehydration. We do have the right to refuse service if you are under the influence of any sort of drug or alcohol.

Get comfortable. We will provide bathrobes and slippers for you to wear while at the spa. You will be given herbal tea in our private retreat or serenity area while you wait for your service to begin.- Due to Covid bathrobes and slippers are only provided upon request, in a combined effort to keep our communities safe.

Tell us what you need. At the start of every service, we will walk you through the entire process. Whether you are a spa newbie or a spa junkie, we will make sure you feel comfortable and that any concerns are addressed.

We require a credit card to hold all services at the time of booking. The card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 24-hour notice.

Any appointment canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full service value of the canceled appointment.

Elite Spa Aesthetics & Wellness happily welcomes guests 16 years of age and older. We love children and we request that you give us advance notice if you are planning to bring a child along to your appointment. This will allow us to schedule a special “child-friendly” appointment that will help us maintain a peaceful and serene environment for our spa services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your consideration.
