All Elite Spa Massage Therapists and Aestheticians need to be experienced and possess certain characteristics:

- The ability to make retail sales and product recommendations

Current Openings:
Aesthetician
Your passion is the key to world-class skin care. As an aesthetician at Elite Spa, you will be among the best-trained aestheticians in the world, able to provide each guest with unparalleled service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will enjoy tailoring each facial to your guest’s needs through our specialty services, enhancements. and product lines.
In this position, you will do the following:
- Provide 30-minute and 60-minute customized facial services
- Offer skincare enhancements to each guest
- Give product recommendations to guests for at-home care
- Attend skin care and sales trainings when scheduled
- Be scheduled for at least three shifts per week, including at least one closing shift and at least one weekend shift
- Keep your assigned skin care room clean and tidy

We have some guidelines and requests:
- You must possess a current and valid Wisconsin State Aesthetician license
- Possess a broad range of skin type and product knowledge
- Be confident in performing extractions and waxing, with knowledge and practice in both
- Be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills are always a plus
Massage Therapist
Your creativity is what makes your bodywork unique for both you and your client. As a Massage Therapist at Elite Spa, you will offer a variety of specialty services and enhancements, tailoring each massage to the specific needs of your guest. Your enthusiasm and pride will shine through as you help create a luxurious spa retreat that leaves your guest relaxed, revived and rejuvenated.
In this position, you will do the following:
- Provide 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute customized massage services
- Offer massage enhancements to each guest
- Be scheduled for at least three shifts per week, including at least one closing shift and at least one weekend shift
- Participate in on-site massage workshops
- Keep your assigned massage room clean and tidy
