We are thrilled to be back doing what we love here at Elite Wellness Spa. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our united commitment to your safety and health.
By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority here at Elite. We have always used hospital grade sanitation and disinfection practices, and have proudly been a leader in our industry when it comes to effective practices to keep our staff and guests safe. In all of our treatment rooms along with all common areas we use a UVA/UVB/UVC air filtration system to irradiate any pathogens in the air or on any surfaces as an extra precautionary measure to keep everyone safe. As we navigate life with additional requirements and modify existing measures due to Covid-19, please help to support all of our guests by cooperating with some additional temporary requirements.
Here at Elite we follows Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We have made these changes to help protect all of our staff and guests. For example:
We ask that if you are experiences and COVID-19 related symptoms or have been informed of any potential exposure to COVID-19, and have an appointment scheduled, that you reschedule your appointment until you no longer have any symptoms or until you have waiting 14 days from exposure.
When you arrive at Elite, we ask that you wait in your vehicle and give us a call to let us know you have arrived. We will then call you as soon as your service provider has cleaned and sanitized their space. This ensures that we don't have too many people in the reception area at one time.
Please bring a face covering to use while you are in the building, and during your service. If you have a health reason that prevents you from wear a face covering please give us a call and we can help find a solution for you.
Our intake information for all of our guests are now all digital. They will be emailed or texted to you prior to your appointment. We ask that you fill these our prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you fill out a new Covid form with each new time you come to the spa.
Upon arrival at the Elite. We ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer prior to your service, sanitizer is available for you at the front desk.
At this time we are still doing couples services, but we are providing these services in separate rooms. Our waiting areas along with our changing and shower facilities remain closed at this time as well. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through these challenging and ever changing times.
